Pattea Lou's has been a dream for me for over a decade. I just was not sure what it looked like exactly. The last 2 years I was really struggling to find my purpose in life. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, but I needed something more to fill my cup.
After many days and nights praying for the answer - I got it! GOD is great and He lit the path for me and the ideas began flowing like water. We live in a world of so much negativity, so much unhappiness and loss. Once I began to make plans for my business, I began to realize that life NEEDS more happiness, more positivity, and more hope.
Originally, I wanted to open and be just a Tea Cafe with space to sit and chill, read, catch up with a friend, or play a game at one of our tables. We also would have a small retail side that only sold uplifting, positive gifts. My thought was "If you or you know someone who is having a difficult time, you could come into Pattea Lou's and find something to lift that special person." It could be a book, sign, t-shirt, or journal, I wanted to uplift people, and promote positivity and KINDNESS!!
Once I began researching tea and Tea Rooms, the plan took a little detour and this is where Pattea Lou's is today.
This journey has truly been a blessing. I am so thankful for God and his guidance and love. THANKS to My husband Ryan, for making my dreams come true and supporting this passion. Our daughters Mary, Savanna and Madison for cheering me on and listening to all my ramblings of this venture. Lastly, thank you to my family, friends and our Keller area community that has expressed their excitement for us to open.
