Meet the Team

Hello. I am Patti Gibson. I am thrilled to serve our community and bring joy to others. It has been such a blessing to hear so many of our guests say that a Tea Room is a wonderful addition to Keller and North Fort Worth. I would not be able to do this without my wonderful husband, family, friends and of course, my awesome staff. My favorite tea is the Cinnamon Sticks. It is amazing hot or iced!

Ryan IS Mr. Pattea Lou! He has taken my dream of opening the tea room and thrust it into reality. He amazes me daily with his support and encouragement. Ryan is my biggest supporter and I am so honored that we get to share this adventure together. Ryan's favorite tea is the Farmers Market over ice.

Hi I’m Renee- The Chef at Pattea Lou’s Tea Room. I am a born and raised Keller-ite and went through the culinary program in KISD that led me to get a degree in Culinary Arts. I create and curate the Tea Room menu every month! You may often see me visiting with parties in the tea room, don’t be afraid to stop me and say hi!

My Favorite Teas - Iced Summer Watermelon with simple syrup!

Hello! My name is Madison and I am the Manager here at Pattea Lou’s Tea Room. I have worked at Pattea Lou's since the very beginning. My everyday tea is an iced Lichee Breeze with some simple syrup. I will be starting cosmetology school at Ogle in August. 

My name is Mary, and I am a senior at Central High School. I love animation and reading, and I’ve worked at Pattea Lou’s since we opened. My favorite tea is our black Butterbeer tea!

My name is Mia Sanchez, I have 3 rabbits named Pretzel, Jericho and Jack who mean everything to me. I love all things art including painting, clay making, and makeup! I hope to finish my education at the University of Texas, Arlington for kinesiology and public health. My favorite tea a Pattea Lou’s is an iced just peachy with lemonade!

My name is Story!  After graduation, I plan to pursue my Master’s degree in accounting.

I have been an employee of Pattea Lou's since we opened. in March 2024. I like my peppermint tea hot, with a splash of oat milk and two lumps of sugar. My favorite food here would,  have to be the chicken salad—crunchy, slightly sweet, and well-seasoned.

Fearless Best Friend whom helps Patti keep her head straight. Katie's favorite tea is Coffee Shoppe with a generous splash of half and half.
