Tea Offerings

Black Tea

Black tea is generally stronger in flavour than other types. Black tea undergoes four stages in processing.

Earl Grey

An unbelievable aroma that portends an unbelievable taste. We have been told repeatedly: 'This is the best Earl Grey I have ever tasted!'

English Breakfast

A perfect breakfast tea with good body and full tea flavour notes. Coppery bright especially enticing with milk.

Cream Irish Breakfast

All the traditions of Irish tea and then some! Creamy caramel highlights dot a wickedly full-bodied tea. Milk accentuates the golden cup.

Texas Tea

A full-bodied ice tea. Exquisite burgundy notes lead to a light easy finish – an exceptional refreshment.

Yorkshire Harrogate

Few teas have such rich fullness and flavor. A light astringent cup becomes golden bright with milk.

Decaf Earl Grey

A full flavoury cup of tea tending bright with excellent Earl Grey notes from natural bergamot flavouring.

Decaf English Breakfast

A full bodied tea with a cup tending bright, being consistent with high quality tea.

Vanilla Chai

Creamy Madagascar vanilla notes dance with tingling Malabar Coast spices. A lively ginger finish is accentuated by candy cardamom.

Masala Chai

Full-bodied tea enhances South Indian masala spices. The finish has cardamom notes peeking out from lively ginger. Superb with milk and sugar.

Alice's Darjeeling

A delicate tending astringent cup with the distinctive ‘Muscatel’   character. Hints of currant create an almost wine-like taste.

Strawberry Sunrise

Memories of sweet juicy strawberries intermingled with a creamy coconut. A finish that transports you to a surf pounded coral atoll.

ButterBeer

Buttery golden layers of caramelized brown sugar and warm vanilla.

Lichee Breeze

A leafy black tea infused with the flavor of lychee fruit producing a delightful, naturally scented tea.

Stars Hollow Pumpkin Chai

Full astringency. Warming and comforting in the chai tradition with pumpkin ghoulish notes. Excellent with Milk!

Lapsang Souchong

A  superior leaf Lapsang Souchong offers a crisp character with the remarkable and heady aroma of an oak fire.

Green Tea

Green tea originated in China and then spread to many other countries in Asia. It calls for very little processing apart from drying or steaming the leaves and then rolling them.

Cucumber and Melon Green Tea

Smooth,  sweet fresh watermelon notes fill the cup. Light cucumber finish. Very nice tea, not heavy.

Monk's Blend

Vanilla sweet starts the experience followed by a light astringency of high-grown, high-antioxidant Ceylon green tea.

Walking on Sunshine

A stunning fusion of juicy watermelon and lively pineapple, reminiscent of a tropical cocktail. Beet and carrot add an earthy richness.

Brain Fog

Now I remember. Lovely soft notes of fruit with an astringent rosemary finish. (Green Mate’)

Island Girl

Sweet and creamy with an all-encompassing coconut flavor that pairs perfectly with the buttery green tea astringency. Fly your Pirate Flag, you’re an Island Girl *Perfect while listening to Kenny Chesney

White Tea

Once known as silvery tip pekoe because of its appearance, white tea is the lightest flavored of the five primary types.

Apricot Peach

Simply superb! An amazing combination. Has muscatel-like notes that are reminiscent of premium 2nd flush Darjeelings with a light fruit finish.

Oolong Tea

These leaves are allowed to oxidize partially and ferment under controlled temperature, after which they are curled and twisted to create their unique shape.

Summer Watermelon

Ripe, juicy, sunset pink, thirst-quenching, real! Simply doesn't get any better.

Coffee Shoppe

A drizzle of maple and fresh fruit notes blend with rich and toasty oolong for a sweet breakfast treat.

Dried leaves and young stems of the rooibos bush are used especially in making herbal tea. An infusion (as of dried herbs) used as a beverage, naturally caffeine-free.

Farmers Market
